In case of a personal invitation, the club “Internationaler Springertag e.V Rostock” will bear all cost for the invited participants per day. If the contingent is exceeded, the respective team will bear all extra cost for additional participants.

4. Arrival / Departure
All participants will travel individually to Berlin or Rostock, Germany. The organizing committee will provide transport from Berlin Airport to Rostock and will bear all cost (one group per country). In case the arrival and departure times of team members will vary and additional transport is needed, the respective team will bear the extra cost.
Under consideration of the regulations for the 19th FINA DIVING GRAND PRIX the nomination of the participants is exclusively carried out by the national federations.
The national federations may either send a national team or a representative team of one of their clubs. They are not allowed to send both.
The maximum number of divers who can participate in an individual DGP event is four (4) from the Host Federation and two (2) from each visiting Federation. In synchronised diving the maximum number of teams who can achieve DGP points is one (1) per Federation. The Host Federation may enter four (4) divers in the prelims of an individual event but only two (2) can advance to the semi-finals. The Host Federation may enter two (2) teams in the direct final of a synchro event but only the best team can achieve DGP points. No additional divers or teams are allowed to start in a DGP meet, which means that participation in the form of exhibition is not allowed.
6. Rules and Regulations
The competitions will be conducted in accordance to the FINA Rules and Regulations.
The winner of each discipline will be awarded a special prize.
All divers placed 1 to 6 will receive certificates.
The winner, second and third place receive prize money.
In women's and men's springboard 3m, platform diving and synchronized diving:
Doping tests will be conducted at this competition in accordance to FINA rules.
Results will be posted following each event by the competition office near the pool.

At the end of the competition, each team will receive a data medium with a report and results.
11. Competition format
3m springboard diving, platform diving:
In the preliminaries, semi-finals and finals all participants are demanded only to perform voluntary dives (without limit).
- Springboard Women: 5 dives (without limit)
- Platform Women: 5 dives (without limit)
- Springboard Men: 6 dives (without limit)
- Platform Men: 6 dives (without limit)
The respective 12 best divers will advance to the Semi-Finals Groups A and B.
- Group A: 12 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2
- Group B: 11 - 9 - 7 - 5 - 3 - 1
The respective three best divers of the Semi-Finals A and B will advance to the Finals.
Synchro diving 3m, 10m:
The synchro diving will take place according to the FINA-rules.
All participating diver teams will be included in the competition’s ranking. The best diving pair of the host nation will receive Grand Prix points only.
The synchronized events are conducted as direct finals.
12. Technical meeting
The technical meeting will take place at the InterCityHotel on Thursday, February 21st 2013 at 8PM.
